Since 1978, New Horizons Ministries and our community have chosen to see unhoused young adults as some of our community’s most cherished assets—full of beauty, worth, and dignity. The people who founded New Horizons saw that adult homelessness services weren’t built for young people and too many fell through the cracks without support.
Today, across Seattle, New Horizons provides safe spaces, community, and the services young adults need to move toward stability. Through shelter, day programs, case management, and apprenticeships like Street Bean, we work together to ensure young people heal, grow, and find housing.
New Horizons' vision: end homelessness, one young person at a time.
New Horizons' mission: break the cycle of homelessness through supportive services and individualized housing plans.
Street Bean is part of that journey, offering connection, employment pathways, and hope.
Join us in building a community where every young person has the chance to thrive.
